Personal grief and collective delusion dissolve with the desert's pale geology and the landscape becomes an archive of vanished intentions. What emerges is a portrait of Las Vegas as a haunted topography, an uneasy confluence of memory and sediment, where time drifts, stillness accumulates, and the future feels like something already unearthed.
